FERC Releases Latest eForms Refresh

On September 3rd, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) announced that from Thursday, September 17, 2026, through September 24, 2026, the eForms collection system will be out of service. Labor Day

The SEC will be closed Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. The EDGAR System will not receive, process or accept filings on this day. Filings with a due date of September 7th will be due the following business day. The FERC will be closed in observation of Labor Day. eForms will accept filings submitted on September 7th. Novaworks will also be closed on September 7th in observance of Labor Day. We will be offering limited email support from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET on Friday, September 4th.
