Overview
The GetHandleCount function returns a count of all open managed handles for a script.

int = GetHandleCount ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
Returns an int as the number of open managed handles.
Remarks
Retrieving the handle count provides a method to check for resource leaks.
