Overview
The GetURIName function returns the name portion of a complete or partial URI if available.
Syntax/Parameters

string = GetURIName ( string uri );
Parameters
uri
A string containing a complete or partial URI.
Return Value
Returns a string containing only the name portion of the URI or an empty string on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
A URI can contain a name (marked by a scratch mark ‘#’) but not both a name and a query. If both are present, an empty string is returned. If the buffer is exceeded, the GetLastError function will return ERROR_OVERFLOW. The GetURIPath function will return an empty string if the uri parameter does not contain a name; use the GetLastError function to determine if an error occurred.
