Overview
The IsPathQualified tests if a string contains a qualified root position.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
boolean = IsPathQualified ( string path );
Parameters
path
A string a containing the path to check.
Return Value
Returns TRUE if path contains a qualified root position or FALSE if it does not.
Remarks
The IsPathQualified function will return TRUE if the path parameter contains a leading drive letter, UNC, or common URI scheme, or if it leads with a slash or backslash. This function does not test the validity of the path or if the path exists. Use the DoesPathExist function to determine if the specified path exists in the file system.
