Overview
The ZipCreate function creates a Zip Object to allow files to be added for the eventual creation of a zip file.
Syntax/Parameters

handle = ZipCreate ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
Returns a handle to the Zip Object or a NULL_HANDLE on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
The ZipCreate function creates a Zip Object. Files that will be written to the same zip file should be added to this Zip Object via the ZipAddFile function. The ZipWrite function creates the completed zip file. The Zip Object should be closed using the CloseHandle function.
