7.2 Trigonometric Functions

7.2.1 Overview

This section covers basic support for trigonometric functions. The SetAngleMode function can be used to change the default measurement mode from radians to degrees or gradians.

7.2.2 Functions

ArcCosine — Computes arc cosine (acos).

ArcSine — Computes arc sine (asin).

ArcTangent — Computes arc tangent (atan).

Cosine — Computes cosine (cos).

DegreesToRadians — Converts a value in degrees to radians.

HyperbolicCosine — Computes hyperbolic cosine (cosh).

HyperbolicSine — Computes hyperbolic sine (sinh).

HyperbolicTangent — Computes hyperbolic tangent (tanh).

Hypotenuse — Computes hypotenuse.

RadiansToDegrees — Converts a value in radians to degrees.

SetAngleMode — Sets the default mode of trig functions using angles.

Sine — Computes sine (sin).

Tangent — Computes tangent (tan).
