Overview
The CSVArrayToString function will take an array and create a CSV string from its contents.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string = CSVArrayToString ( string[] data, [int fields] );
Parameters
data
An array of strings.
fields
An optional int specifying the number of fields to write. If omitted, the number of used elements is the field count. This value can be used to limit or insure a square database (i.e., missing fields in the source data are written as empty fields).
Return Value
Returns a string containing the combined array in CSV format or an empty string on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
The resulting string cannot be larger than 2MB. The returned string does not have a line-ending delimiter and can also be empty if the incoming array is empty. Use the GetLastError function to determine if an error occurred.
