Overview
The ComboBoxSetDropWidth function sets the width of the drop or list box portion of a combo box.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
int = ComboBoxSetDropWidth ( int id, int width );
Parameters
id
An int containing the control ID of a combo box.
width
An int that specifies the minimum allowable width of the list box in pixels.
Return Value
Returns an int containing the new width in pixels or a formatted error code on failure. Common error codes are as follows: ERROR_RANGE if id is an invalid control ID for the open dialog or ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE if no dialog is open. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
In conjunction with the ComboBoxGetDropWidth function, this function can be used to set the width to expand the drop list by a percentage.
