Chapter Nine — Dialog Functions (continued)
Overview
The DataControlAddTable function loads a data table of strings in to a data control.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
int = DataControlAddTable ( int id, string data[][] );
Parameters
id
An int containing the control ID of the data control.
data
A string table to add to the data control in UTF encoding. The number of columns and rows will automatically be expanded as required.
Return Value
Returns an int as ERROR_NONE or a formatted error code on failure, ERROR_RANGE if id is an invalid control ID for the open dialog, or ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE if no dialog is open. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
This function overlays all the existing data within the data control. The control should be reset if the caller desires old data to be removed.
