Chapter Nine — Dialog Functions (continued)
Overview
The DataControlInsertRow function inserts one or more blank rows within a data control.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
int = DataControlInsertRow ( int id, int index, [int count] );
Parameters
id
An int containing the control ID of the data control.
index
A zero-based int specifying the row to insert before. If -1 the row is inserted at the bottom of the list.
count
An optional int specifying the number of rows to insert. If omitted, the default value is 1.
Return Value
Returns an int as ERROR_NONE or a formatted error code on failure, ERROR_RANGE if id is an invalid control ID for the open dialog, or ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE if no dialog is open. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
A set of null cells are inserted for the new row or rows.
