SGMLGetNamespaceToken Function
Overview
The SGMLGetNamespaceToken function returns the namespace token for the parsed item.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
TOKEN = SGMLGetNamespaceToken ( handle hSGML );
Parameters
hSGML
A handle to an SGML Object.
Return Value
A TOKEN (dword) as the element token. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code.
Remarks
The item in the parse buffer must be a SPI_TYPE_TAG or an error will be returned.
If the namespace is not defined in the DTD, the return value will be PT_STRING with a heap location (usually 0). The SGMLGetNamespaceString function can be used to retrieve the element as a string. Note that PT_STRING cannot be used as a token value.
