SGMLStringToAttribute Function
Overview
The SGMLStringToAttribute function takes an attribute name and converts it to a token value.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
TOKEN = SGMLStringToAttribute ( handle hSGML, string attribute );
Parameters
hSGML
A handle to an SGML object.
attribute
A string containing the name of the attribute to translate. The content may be tested for case depending on the DTD settings.
Return Value
A TOKEN (dword) containing the token value or zero (0) on error. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code.
Remarks
The element name must exist in the default namespace for the DTD specified for the SGML Object or the function will return zero (0) and ERROR_EOD will be set as the last error.
