Overview
The HTMLSetTableSpacing function sets the default cell spacing and padding for all subsequently created tables. At initialization the cell spacing and padding are set to 0.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
int = HTMLSetTableSpacing ( handle hHWO, int spacing, int padding );
Parameters
hHWO
A handle to an HTML Writer Object.
spacing
A positive int specifying the spacing as pixels.
padding
A positive int specifying the padding as pixels.
Return Value
An int as a ERROR_NONE (0) for no error or a formatted error code. Range errors on the spacing and padding are returned as ERROR_RANGE.
Remarks
When a table is created, the TABLE tag will always contain the CELLSPACING and CELLPADDING attributes. The HTMLSetTableSpacing function overrides the default values of 0. The value can only be expressed in whole pixels.
Table cells also allow padding to be set for each cell via the CSS property padding.
