Overview
The FieldGetParseString function returns the last raw string (tag) parsed from a field operation.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string = FieldGetParseString ( handle hField );
Parameters
hField
A handle to a Field Object.
Return Value
A string containing the last parsed item or an empty string on error. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code. Since the parameter can be specified but empty, an empty string can be a valid value.
Remarks
The buffer as filled with items as FieldFindClosingField, FieldFindField, FieldGetFieldContent or FieldNextField is run. This allows the raw field content to be retrieve before it was processed into the Field Object.
