XBRLGetFactCount Function

Overview

The XBRLGetFactCount function returns the number of facts in the instance.

Syntax/Parameters

Syntax

int = XBRLGetFactCount ( handle hXM );

Parameters

hXM

A handle to an XBRL Object containing instance data.

Return Value

Returns an int as the count of the number of facts loaded or a formatted error code on failure.

Remarks

The count less 1 would be the last item in the fact list.

XBRLGetFactsByElement — Returns a list of facts for the specified element.

XBRLGetFactsByContext — Returns a list of facts for the specified context.
