Overview
The IsEmailSMTPSetup function tests whether the application’s email services are setup for using SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).

boolean = IsEmailSMTPSetup ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
Returns TRUE (1) or FALSE (0) depending on whether the email is setup.
Remarks
A positive return does not mean that the settings are valid or operational.
