ClipboardIsDIBAvailable Function
Overview
The ClipboardIsDIBAvailable function tests if DIB image data is available on the clipboard.

boolean = ClipboardIsDIBAvailable ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
Returns a boolean value as TRUE if DIB data is available and FALSE if it is not.
Remarks
Use the ClipboardGetDIBData functions to retrieve DIB data from the clipboard.
