ClipboardIsGIFAvailable Function
Overview
The ClipboardIsGIFAvailable function tests if GIF image data is available on the clipboard.

boolean = ClipboardIsGIFAvailable ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
Returns a boolean value as TRUE if GIF data is available and FALSE if it is not.
Remarks
Use the ClipboardGetGIFData functions to retrieve GIF data from the clipboard.
