ClipboardIsRTFAvailable Function
Overview
The ClipboardIsRTFAvailable function tests if Rich Text Format (RTF) data is available on the clipboard.

boolean = ClipboardIsRTFAvailable ( );
Parameters
(none)
Return Value
Returns a boolean value as TRUE if RTF text is available and FALSE if it is not.
Remarks
Use the ClipboardGetRTF function to retrieve RTF data from the clipboard.
