HTMLParaOpen Function

Overview

The HTMLParaOpen function opens a paragraph and adds the code to the HTML data set. The block class and style are automatically added to the paragraph.

Syntax/Parameters

Syntax

int = HTMLParaOpen ( handle hObject, [string | dword align] );

Parameters

hObject

A handle to an HTML Writer Object.

align

An optional horizontal alignment as either a string or dword. If a string, the value must be “left”, “center”, “right” or “justify”. If a dword, it must be a properly formatted pvalue.

Return Value

An int as a ERROR_NONE (0) for no error or a formatted error code.

Remarks

If a paragraph is presently open, it will automatically be closed. Opening a table or cell will close a currently open paragraph. HTMLParaOpen is meant to add data in open mode without style control.

Code formatting is adjusted and tidied depending on whether the paragraph is located in a table cell.
