DataViewAddEditAction Function
Overview
The DataViewAddEditAction function increases the edit unsaved change count for a window and updated the ribbon and tabs.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
int = DataViewAddEditAction ( handle hView );
Parameters
hView
A handle to either a Data View Object or to a window that employs Data View.
Return Value
Returns an int as ERROR_NONE or a formatted error code on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information.
Remarks
The edit count tracks whether a window has been saved and how many changes have occurred since the last save or open. Edit actions are independent of the undo log.
