DataViewGetSelectMode Function
Overview
The DataViewGetSelectMode function retrieves the select mode.
Syntax/Parameters

dword = DataViewGetSelectMode ( handle object );
Parameters
object
A handle either to a Data View Object or to a window that employs Data View.
Return Value
Returns a dword containing the select mode or -1 on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve error information. The following return values are possible:

Remarks
The Data View/Data Control select mode is generally static and dictates how the sheet behaves during the select processing. For many functions, no select is an implied single cell selection.
