EDGARSubmitDelayPrompt Function
Overview
The EDGARSubmitDelayPrompt function prompts the user for a time and filing live/test for a delayed (NSS) filing. It does not file.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string[] = EDGARSubmitDelayPrompt ( string cik, string form );
Parameters
cik
A string containing a CIK to display in the dialog.
form
A string containing a SEC form type to display in the dialog.
Return Value
A string array containing confirmation information or an empty array on failure. Use the GetLastError and GetLastErrorMessage functions to retrieve additional error information. The most common error is ERROR_CANCEL.
Remarks
This function can be used to set a scheduled filing. It does not schedule the filing.
NSS is normally employed when using this function. The return key names are:
LiveFlag — Requested live filing, false ‘0’ or true ‘1’.
FileAt — An ISO-8601 formatted string in UTC.
When run, the prompt appears as follows:
If live is checked, the conventional LIVE prompt will appear with as count down timer (as used in the primary application):
