EDGARResponseGetSubjectCompanies Function
Overview
The EDGARResponseGetSubjectCompanies function returns a table containing ‘subject comany(s)’ information extracted from the response message, if present.
Syntax/Parameters
Syntax
string [][] = EDGARResponseGetSubjectCompanies ( string data | handle hMessage );
Parameters
data
A string containing the response message. Or,
hMessage
A handle to a Response Message Object.
Return Value
A string table containing the subject company information returned in the response message or an empty array on failure. Use the GetLastError function to retrieve a formatted error code.
Remarks
Data returned in the table is formatted by a row for each message and associated data. The columns have the following key names:

| CIK | A string containing the subject company CIK. | ||
| Company | Name of the subject company. | ||
| FormType | The related form type. | ||
| FileNumbers | One or more SEC File Numbers separated by commas. |
