New Release (5.20c) for the GoFiler Family of Products
Version 5.20c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains support for the new Filing Fee Disclosure (FFD) and Fund (FND) Taxonomies, as well as autotagging for the FFD filing fee calculation table. In addition, this version features improvements to XDX, XBRL, and EDGAR validation.

New Release (5.20b) for the GoFiler Family of Products
Version 5.20b of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains support for the new EDGAR Next Beta system. Features to use the EDGAR Next Beta system are early in development with additional tools to handle delegation and user management forthcoming. This version of the software allows users to set up filing credentials and begin to use the EDGAR Next Beta. This release also contains support for the GRIP/ACFR taxonomy for use with the state of Michigan.

New Release (5.20a) for the GoFiler Family of Products
Version 5.20a of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release corresponds to EDGAR 23.3 and contains new Form F-SR, changes to Form N-CEN, the new SHR XBRL reporting taxonomy, and other improvements and corrections.

Enhanced Reporting of Proxy Votes Form N-PX
Changes to Form N-PX were finalized by the SEC on July 23, 2014, and will become effective on July 1, 2024. The changes to Form N-PX include a major modernization in how the form will be reported to the SEC. After July 1, 2024, managers and funds will be required to file their first reports on amended Form N-PX by August 31, 2024 (with these reports covering the period of July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024) in a structured XML format.

Form N-PX Now Available on GoFiler Online
GoFiler Online has been updated to version 2.10a, which includes the new XML format of Form N-PX. Changes to Form N-PX will become effective on July 1, 2024 and include a major modernization in how the form will be reported to the SEC. Users can preview and test the new form at www.gofiler.online.

Interim Release of GoFiler (5.19a Patch A)
A patch for the GoFiler Suite version 5.19a has been released. This patch provides fixes for the OEF, RXP, US GAAP 2023, and IFRS 2023 taxonomies and other other functionality that uses DEI 2022.
