GoFiler Complete 5.4a

General Items

–  Text View/Code View and Page View now allow for lines up to 1mb wide (up from 64kb wide).

N-CEN Updates

–  The application will no longer give an erroneous message about the schema version when opening files from the EDGAR system.

Form ABS-EE XML Data File

–  Disabled the Undo function in the Data View window.

–  Added UTF-8 header support for CSV importing.

–  Corrected an issue where the “out of memory” error would leave not be reported and could leave the data sheet in an unstable state.

–  Added reporting to the import log to indicate where an import stops if it is not able to be completed.

–  Added preallocation to improve performance during import.

–  Corrected an issue where the import log would not always appear.

–  Improved the display of the progress during the import process.

Page View and HTML

–  Added an option to convert incoming HTML to XHTML for iXBRL filings when including text using a Text-Include field.

–  Corrected an issue that occurred when a file has an excessive amount of errors that would cause the Validate function to stop without reporting a log of the errors.

–  Corrected an issue with ‘name’ not being allowed in <a> tags for iXBRL.

XDX

–  Added the ability to add a footnote on the table level.

–  Added the ability to split a file by split markers.

–  The prospectus wizard will now automatically analyze and tag the contents of marked tables.

–  Prospectus organization elements can now be selected as part of the Risk Return setup wizard. More generally, prospectus organization should now properly work using XDX with or without the wizard.

–  Improved handling of inline facts marked in the same block as a Level 1, 2 or Risk Return text block.

–  Corrected an issue that could cause ineffective relationships when using the SEC provided linkbases for Risk Return with XDX.

–  Corrected an issue that would cause some facts to be made hidden if the “Special processing for zeroes” is enabled in the advanced options for the element.

–  Improved the insertion logic for adding elements to existing Risk Return presentations.

–  Advanced positioning options will now work for Risk Return presentations.

–  The application now supports numeric facts that use character entities for the digits.
