Version 5.24c of all applications in the GoFiler Suite has been released. This release contains improvements and corrections to Form N-PX, Form D, and Form ATS-N. Support for Form SHO is now available on a preliminary basis. Additionally, improvements were made to XDX and Inline XBRL. Please use the Check for Updates function to update your software to the latest version.
GoFiler Complete 5.24c
General EDGAR Updates
– Corrected an issue with using the Get Mail function while the EDGAR System is down.
Form ATS-N Updates
– Corrected a text field size limitation.
Form D Updates
– The validator will now give an error if any of the “More than 100...” checkboxes are checked but the list does not contain the maximum amount of entries.
– Corrected an issue that would cutoff the number of the issuer if the number was more than a single digit.
N-PX Updates
– Corrected an issue that prevented the “De Novo Request” checkbox from loading.
– Added the “REQUEST LETTER” document type for N-PX CTR and N-PX CTR/A.
Form 13F Updates
– Added support for Form SHO and Form SHO/A. These forms are using the draft version of the technical specification and are subject to change prior to the December EDGAR release.
Page View and HTML
– Made improvements to the processing for a number of CSS properties.
– Added a number of CSS properties to the Page View control window.
– Corrected an issue that occurred when importing table with extremely long words.
XBRL View
– The XBRL Previewer has been updated to support Arelle 2.35.
XDX
– Corrected an issue that would rarely cause a numeric fact to end up not being tagged in the iXBRL document.
iXBRL
– Corrected an issue with Save As where the file type was being erroneously changed.
– Corrected an issue where internal errors would occur after using Create iXBRL, Remove iXBRL, and the Create iXBRL in succession.
