The EDGAR System will not receive, process or accept filings on that day, and EDGAR Filer Support will be closed. Filings due on Thursday, January 9th will be considered timely if filed on Friday, January 10th. January 9th will be treated as a federal holiday for filing purposes, and the EDGAR system will resume normal operations on Friday, January 10. The FERC also will be closed on January 9th. eForms will accept filings submitted on January 9th.
