The SEC's Division of Investment Management has announced that it will host its 2025 Conference on Emerging Trends in Asset Management at which the Division will convene a variety of asset management industry participants, regulators, commentators, and academics to discuss emerging trends in the industry. The conference takes place on Thursday, June 5, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, and is open for the public to attend. The event will include discussions with industry experts on the following panel topics:

- Product Proliferation and Innovation in Registered Funds
