On December 22, 2025, EDGAR Release 25.4 implemented changes to the EDGAR Filing website, including updates to the Fee Exhibit Preparation Tool (FEPT), EDGAR APIs, the API Development Toolkit, and the Filer Management Website. The release also provides guidance to filers not yet enrolled in EDGAR Next.
The FEPT and filer-constructed submissions now support decimal values ranging from 0 to 8 decimal places for the following fields:
- Amount Registered
- Amount of Securities Previously Registered
- Proposed Maximum Offering Price per Unit
- Amount of Securities to be Received or Cancelled
- Value per Share to be Received or Cancelled
- Unsold Securities Associated with Unsold Offset

Additionally, a new error message will appear, and filings will be suspended if more than the allowed digits are entered.
