On September 3rd, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) announced that from Thursday, September 17, 2026, through September 24, 2026, the eForms collection system will be out of service. During this time, FERC will not accept official eForms filings.
This temporary outage allows for the implementation and validation of production database modifications included in Release 4.5. To view the Release Notes published in the eForms collection system, click here. Test filings will still be accepted during the outage, though filers are reminded they are not official filings.
